In a warm, welcoming atmosphere: Welcome to the 21st National Conference on Health Economy!

Here, entrepreneurs meet professors, and physical therapists meet health insurance representatives. Here, business, academia, associations, and politics come together in conversation—in an almost family-like atmosphere.

Over 600 national and international experts are expected to attend the two-day 21st National Conference on Health Economy on June 11 and 12, 2026. The partner country is Latvia. The conference is organized by the Healtheconomy Network for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, BioCon Valley^® GmbH, on behalf of the state government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

The key topics address the central challenges facing the economy, including within the European context. From innovation, medical technology and artificial intelligence to prevention and fitness in the context of longevity, as well as the promotion of startups and young talent—this year’s event offers a wide range of dialogues and formats.
